Hiking Bobotov Kuk
Bobotov Kuk is the highest peak of Durmitor mountain and the 4th highest peak in Montenegro, with an elevation of 2525 m.

There are two ways to approach to the peak and while both are beautiful, they are very different.
The most common trail is from Zabljak, starting at Crno Jezero Lake (Black Lake), through the dense conifer forest and ending above Valoviti Do basin.
The southern trail begins at Sedlo pass (1907 m) and ends at Black Lake, Zabljak.
We chose to begin the hike at Sedlo. The trail is suitable even for beginners and the peak is high enough to give a sense of accomplishment and amazing view over three countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro).
