The circuit starts at Bradesti and it’s marked with the blue cross. For the first 4 km there is a descent through the forest and along the stream. Then, the path takes a right turn and reaches into the keys.
You should be prepared with appropiate footwear as you will have to cross the river a few times. We did not knew that, but, lucky for us, we had some garbage bags with us. Since we went in January, walking bare foot in the cold water was not a choice. We could not follow the marked trail as it passes through the water, on the other side of the keys, so we decided to take an unmarked way up.
The last part of the hike follows a country road to the starting point, Bradesti.
Once you pass on the other side of the keys, the trail takes you up to a plateau with breathtaking views over the mountains.
We had a break there, enjoying the sun.
